Ms. ReLita Clarke, the Chief Executive Officer of TwinPearlz Production Company, LLC is experienced in providing counsel to business owners and corporate organizations on strategic matters that equate to direct business results. Her ability to listen and identify the company’s key objectives allows for customized strategies, operational improvements, and outcomes that drive the business forward. Ms. Clarke earned two master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix (Masters of Adult Education and Training as well as a Master's in Business Administration). Her undergraduate education was in Entrepreneurial Studies at Norfolk State University. ReLita started her career as Training Coordinator for an organization in the Tyson's Corner area where she progressed year over year to ultimately running the training organization for a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Clarke has spearheaded and designed the first Learning Management System for the organization which became the global enterprise system that improves the delivery of training, increases employee engagement, and accelerates employee performance.

ReLita is also known for establishing and developing numerous training programs for corporate facilitators. Other notable achievements include developing a high-potential mentor program for leadership and career advancement, establishing metrics for measuring corporate training ROI, and creating an eLearning library to scale employee learning. Ms. Clarke was recognized as a 2014 Emerging Training Leader by Training Magazine. Other prestigious certifications obtained by Ms. Clarke are Everything DiSC, Gallup’s Strength Finders Coach, and Certified Professional of Training Management (CPTM). Additionally, Ms. Clarke streamlined a corporate onboarding process for new hires, restructured corporate training to match both job roles and performance, and worked with key stakeholders to develop multiple programs. Most recently Ms. Clarke has refocused her energy on her business TwinPearlz Consulting, where she is taking her corporate knowledge and results to help entrepreneurs establish successful businesses and operations to maintain longevity. TwinPearlz currently offers a variety of services geared towards legitimatizing elements of a business so that each component is owned by the company.

ReLita’s lifelong goal is to help others become successful. She loves to encourage others to reach their highest potential both professionally and personally. Her self-imposed title as a Life enthusiast upholds her standards of a purpose-driven life.
